A Kitchen Led by the Land
From garden to kitchen to table, each dish reflects the land around us. What we harvest, forage and source each day shapes the menu - simple ingredients, handled with care, and served in their season.
Our Sustainability Way
Set within 15 acres of rural Devon, our kitchen is shaped by land and season. The garden guides the menu. Surplus is preserved. Our Lop pigs are reared here, and every part is used with care - from salumi to stock.
We compost everything we can, bake naturally leavened bread daily, and work with producers who share our values. Good food, clean food, fair food.

Moments Shared At Glebe House
It was exactly the kind of peaceful escape we were looking for. We recently stayed at Glebe House, and it was exactly the kind of peaceful escape we were looking for. The whole team was super nice and made us feel right at home from the minute we arrived. .....
Being out in the quiet countryside was super relaxing, and to top it off, the food was amazing, and there's that element that knowing that everything is local, it feels so good to eat this healthily. Just a perfectly wholesome, 5-star stay. We’d go back in a heartbeat.

Such a wonderful stay. Beautiful venue, great rural location, relaxing atmosphere, attentive and friendly staff, fabulous meals (both the 7 course dinner and the 4 course kitchen supper and super breakfasts) and drinks list slightly off the beaten track but well chosen. Already wondering when we can stay again ☺️

We had a 60th birthday meal there on Saturday evening. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left the attention and care given to us was exceptional. Every member of staff was professional and caring. We experienced the incredible taster menu. My goodness we were all blown away. The sourcing of ingredients is all local. The presentation is exceptional and the taste is simply divine.
Thank you so much for making the evening memorable. Would highly recommend.
