• Tuesday 1st April, 11am: A Pasta Masterclass hosted by Olivia, followed by a light lunch, £120 per person.
• Wednesday 2nd April: A collaborative five-course dinner with Olivia and the Glebe team, £69 per person, open to all.

Olivia’s passion for Italian cooking was ignited in her childhood, learning to make pasta under the watchful eye of her Nonna. Over the years, she has worked in professional kitchens across Italy and the UK, collaborated with the renowned Pasta Grannies, and explored the rich culinary traditions of Italy through extensive travels.
Her impressive career includes time at celebrated London kitchens such as Carousel, Pophams, and Social Pantry, as well as hosting supper clubs, teaching cooking classes, and styling food for cookbooks and brands. Her debut cookbook, Stagioni (HarperCollins, 2022), is a beautiful celebration of seasonal, vegetable-focused Italian cooking.
